Our company offers 20 well-maintained apartments located within the premium residential tower Windsor Manor in Business Bay, Dubai. While the entire building is not owned by us, the facilities mentioned below are available for residents of Windsor Manor, including our units.
Windsor Manor
Standing 120 m. high near Al Jadaf Dubai Canal, Windsor Manor is a residential tower with 29 floors in the district of Business Bay. It is a freehold high-rise building. Located on Al Khail Road, Windsor Manor is close to various tourist attractions such as Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame. There are 338 residential apartments in this tower with a configuration of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units. Construction of Windsor Manor started in 2007 and the apartments were handed over in 2011. This project was developed by Deyaar Development PJSC, a well-known real estate company.
Business Bay is a popular area in the city and home to commercial and residential skyscrapers. This is a popular area among investors. Most buildings in this area offer views of Dubai Lake.
